Products and Services
Wit & Wild specializes in physical botanical and vintage-inspired art prints. All products listed on our website are available for purchase as physical prints only. We do not sell digital downloads or made-to-order items.

Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK: 5-10 business days.

    • International: 7-14 business days.

We aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs processing or carrier delays). Wit & Wild is not responsible for such delays.

Payment
We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which includes major credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store payment details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at shopwitand@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Wit & Wild and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
